Asami Kaye received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 2004 and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New England School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2007. During law school, she worked as an intern for in-house counsel at Toyota Motor Corporation in Tokyo, Japan. In 2008, Ms. Kaye was admitted to the Florida Bar and is currently licensed in the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to founding Kaye Law Offices, P.A., Ms. Kaye served as both in-house and outside counsel for private and public sectors, representing companies, governmental agencies and municipalities in labor and employment related matters. She has represented employers in matters related to labor and employment law including Title VII discrimination and harassment, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, whistle-blower claims, retaliation and wrongful termination in arbitration, state and federal courts. She has also successfully defended charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state and local human rights commissions. Ms. Kaye has extensive experience in advising management and human resources departments on employee counseling, terminations and wage and hour issues. She also has experience in torts, civil rights, property and local government law. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida.
